I might be a little late but is Loki Odin all along? I wasn't able to watch Thor: The Dark World the moment it was on cinemas so today marks the day that I was able to finally watch it. I watched it in BluRay so I won't be able to spend much on getting my needs like, instead of watching it in cinemas and getting the bluray, I decided to wait for the bluray instead.
So, my theory is that it was Odin who went with Thor all along. I admit I was kind of disappointed the moment Loki smashed Thor's wrist into two but I took my disappointment back the moment he helped Thor.
I was touched when Loki gave him life for Thor. Really. But, on the other hand, I hated the idea of him dying. I mean, this is Loki we are talking about... He doesn't have to die for everything he had done (Whatever).
Anyway, back on my theory, was it really Odin all along? I don't understand why was it Loki on the throne. I'm pretty sure he wanted to rule Asgard.
Theory: it was Odin who came with Thor. He saved his son. He did it for revenge since he had lost his wife. He had lost his loved ones and couldn't afford to lose another so he came with Thor because he knew Thor would do everything to save Jane and would beat whatever odds he had planted himself. BUT, if that was Odin, that would also mean he freed Loki before Thor did. I supposed he knew Thor's plans because somebody told him secretly as well. My only question regarding this theory is that: if he agreed with Thor, why should he hide beneath the illusions?
Looking forward to the next Thor movie anyway.
